Dumpster Delivery Across Montgomery County, TX
How we plan dumpster delivery and placement across Conroe and Montgomery County, TX — routes, access, seasonal timing and what to tell us when you book. Call (936) 283-4501.

Montgomery County isn't one uniform delivery zone — it's a historic courthouse-square city surrounded by a ring of towns and townships that range from dense suburban growth to genuinely rural, and each shape of property changes how we plan a delivery. Here's what actually goes into getting a container to your specific address, on time and placed correctly the first try.
Our starting point: Grand Link Dr, Conroe
We run every delivery from our yard at 350 Grand Link Dr in Conroe, which puts the whole of Montgomery County inside a comfortable same-day drive — from close-in Panorama Village and Oak Ridge North out to Splendora and Stagecoach on the outer edge of our coverage.
Downtown Conroe and the older courthouse-square blocks
Conroe's own downtown and the older neighborhoods around the historic courthouse square have narrower streets, tighter loading areas and less curb space than the newer, wider communities further out. Our drivers know these blocks and plan placement carefully rather than forcing a spot that doesn't work — tell us about a narrow alley or a tight lot when you book and we'll factor it into the route.
The Woodlands and the I-45 growth corridor
The Woodlands, Shenandoah and Oak Ridge North sit just south of Conroe along the I-45 corridor and mix master-planned residential streets with dense retail and hotel development. Driveways here are generally forgiving, but HOA-managed cul-de-sacs and township covenant rules in The Woodlands sometimes call for a more careful approach than a standard suburban street.
Further-out towns: Splendora, Cut and Shoot, Stagecoach
The quieter, more rural communities on our outer service radius — Splendora, Cut and Shoot and Stagecoach — trade tight city logistics for longer driveways, more pine cover and, occasionally, gravel or unpaved surfaces. These properties are usually easier to place a container on once our truck is there, but the longer drive from our yard means booking a day ahead is worth it if your timeline allows.
I-45, FM 1488 and the local road network
Montgomery County's road network runs along I-45 as the main north-south spine, with FM 1488, FM 1484 and FM 105 carrying traffic out toward Magnolia, Montgomery and Willis respectively. That infrastructure shapes commute patterns and, indirectly, when our trucks get the smoothest run to a given address; we generally plan deliveries around known rush-hour congestion on I-45 near The Woodlands and Conroe.
Lake Conroe and lakefront access
Willis and parts of Montgomery sit along the shores of Lake Conroe, and lakefront streets can be narrower, busier in boating season, and require a more careful approach than inland blocks in the same town. If your address is close to the lake, mention it when you book — timing and placement both benefit from a heads-up.
Seasonal timing across the region
Texas Gulf Coast weather is a real scheduling factor for a good part of the year — Gulf Coast hurricane season, typically June through November, and triple-digit summer heat roughly June through September can both affect route timing. We plan around the forecast rather than pretending weather doesn't matter, and we'd rather call and adjust a delivery window by half a day than have a truck out ahead of unsafe conditions. Our Texas heat and humidity guide and Gulf Coast storm season guide both go deeper on seasonal timing.
What helps us plan your delivery
- Whether your street is a tight downtown block or a wider suburban lane
- Any gate codes, HOA restrictions or shared-driveway access
- Whether the surface is paved, gravel or grass
- Proximity to Lake Conroe, if applicable
- Any timeline flexibility around a forecasted storm or heat advisory
Tell us these details when you call and we'll plan a route and placement that gets it right the first time. See our full service area for every town we cover, or call (936) 283-4501 to book.
