Overview
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in Conroe
A roll-off dumpster is the open-top steel container that arrives on the back of a specialized delivery truck, gets lowered into place, and sits until you're ready for it to leave. It's the core of what we do — we run the full 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard lineup out of our own yard on Grand Link Dr, and every one of them goes out on our own trucks with our own drivers, not a subcontracted fleet.
Properties across Conroe and the surrounding Montgomery County communities vary a lot — tight in-town lots near the historic courthouse square, wide new-construction lots further out toward Magnolia and Willis, and quieter lakeside driveways near Lake Conroe. We ask about your specific site before dispatching so the driver shows up with the right truck angle and plan already worked out.

How roll-off delivery actually works
Our driver backs the truck up to the placement spot, tips the container off the rails using a hydraulic winch, and slides it into position — no crane, no separate equipment. The whole delivery usually takes ten to fifteen minutes once the truck is on site, and pickup is the same process in reverse.
Placement on gravel, grass and denser city blocks
Plenty of Montgomery County properties don't have a paved surface where you actually want the container, and a wet driveway or a tight city block add their own planning wrinkle. We can place a container on any firm, level surface; just let us know what the site looks like when you book, including recent weather, so the driver isn't surprised.
Built for real Texas Gulf Coast weather
Greater Conroe sees real seasonal weather — Gulf Coast hurricane season, typically June through November, and triple-digit summer heat and humidity roughly June through September. Our delivery logistics guide covers getting a container placed safely through both. Whatever the season, our drivers plan around it rather than treating every delivery the same.
Choosing between our five sizes
The 10 and 15 yard containers suit small cleanouts and single-project jobs. The 20 yard is the most commonly rented size across every job type we handle. The 30 and 40 yard containers step up for full remodels, new construction and heavier demolition. Full dimensions and use cases are on our dumpster sizes page, or read the sizing guide if you'd rather work through it in detail first.
Sizing
Which size for this job?
| Container | When it suits this job |
|---|---|
| 10 Yard Dumpster | Smallest footprint we run — ideal for tight lots and single-room or small-project cleanouts. |
| 15 Yard Dumpster | A step up for garage clear-outs, small remodels or a heavier single-project load. |
| 20 Yard Dumpster | Our most-rented size — the default answer for most residential, commercial and light construction jobs. |
| 30 Yard Dumpster | Bigger renovations, new-construction phases, or full-property cleanouts generating serious volume. |
| 40 Yard Dumpster | Maximum capacity for major demolition, commercial buildouts and large-scale cleanup. |

Answers
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental — questions we get asked
What sizes of roll-off dumpster do you carry?
We run the full standard lineup: 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard containers, all on our own trucks out of our own yard. Compare them all on our dumpster sizes page.
Can you deliver a roll-off to a gravel or dirt surface?
Yes — any firm, level surface works, paved or not. Just tell us what the site looks like when you book and our drivers will place it there without issue.
How much room does a roll-off truck need to deliver?
Our trucks need a relatively straight approach to back the container into place — tell us about tight turns, low branches, narrow lanes or a steep grade when you book and we'll plan the delivery around it.
How long does delivery and pickup take?
Once the truck is on site, placing or removing a container usually takes ten to fifteen minutes. We'll confirm a delivery window when you book, not just a vague day.
Is there a weight limit on a roll-off rental?
Each size carries a weight allowance — heavier material like concrete, wet soil or roofing tile can hit that limit before the container looks full. Call (936) 283-4501 and tell us what you're loading so we size it correctly.
Do you serve areas outside Conroe proper?
Yes — we deliver across Montgomery County and the surrounding towns. See our full service area for the complete list.
